What we collect
Account information: name, email address, organization, role, location and professional headline.
Application information: credentials, references, service categories, specialties and markets.
Activity information: invitations sent and redeemed, introductions, project briefs, proposals, messages, approvals and ledger entries.
Technical information: authentication events and basic security logs.
Why we collect it
To verify who is in the network, operate introductions and projects, calculate and record rewards, resolve disputes, and protect members from misuse.
Who can see it
Profile details are visible to members of the network in the context of an introduction or project. Project content is visible to the participants in that project and to administrators handling a dispute.
Waitlisted applicants are never publicly identified.
We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.
Retention
Project, payment and reward records are retained for as long as needed to satisfy legal, accounting and dispute obligations. Other information is deleted or anonymised when your membership ends.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by contacting concierge@thecirclecorporation.com. Some records must be retained where a legal obligation applies.
