Represent yourself accurately
Describe your experience, credentials and capacity honestly. Do not claim credentials you do not hold or work you did not do.
Respect the introduction
Respond to introductions promptly, even to decline. Do not use a member's contact details for anything other than the opportunity introduced.
Do not solicit members for unrelated offers, recruitment or promotion.
Keep it inside the platform
Agree scope and payment through the platform for work that originated from a platform introduction. Circumvention undermines every Connector in the network.
Treat people well
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation and abusive language are grounds for immediate removal.
Confidential information shared inside a project stays inside that project.
Deliver what you promised
Communicate early when a timeline slips. Missed deadlines handled openly are tolerable; silence is not.
